Information collected
Contact, financing inquiry, and vehicle appraisal forms collect only the details you choose to submit, such as your name, phone number, email, vehicle information, and message.
Vehicle lookups
VINs entered in the DriveWise appraisal are sent to the U.S. NHTSA vPIC service for decoding. When licensed plate lookup is enabled, plate and state data are sent securely to the dealership’s vehicle-identification provider only for that lookup.
How it is used
Submitted information is sent to DriveWise Auto so the dealership can respond to your request, discuss a vehicle, review an appraisal, or follow up about financing information. Form and email delivery providers may process the submission to deliver it.
What not to submit
Do not enter Social Security numbers, driver’s-license images, bank-account information, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive financial identifiers through this website.
